Kia Ora- Welcome to my creative journey

Born to a creative, eccentric family of dreamers I have always been a visual and tactile learner. 

I am drawn to colour, texture, form and function - as such I find it hard to limit myself to one medium, and are a master of none.

I am on a constant journey of learning and discovery and have a BTEC Diploma in Foundation Art and Design.

​

I take my inspiration from the environment around me and the human condition.  Along with conventional art materials I like to deconstruct and recycle everyday materials that we may otherwise discard.  I aim for zero waste in my studio by reworking failed pieces into something more visually interesting through the use of mixed media.

Art is my personal therapy, my guilty pleasure, a way to de-stress and challenge myself at the same time.  I love the thrill of creating something new from a blank canvas!
